Every day, the average organization wastes between 30 percent and 70 percent of its money. That’s like taking 30 cents to 70 cents of every $1 spent and throwing it in the trash. This presentation will show you how to stop the senseless waste through implementation of lean six sigma tools. You will learn how to develop an effective team, focus on a reasonable scope, and establish rules of engagement, organize and prioritize ideas, and create an action plan.
