Description
Snack food manufacturer Lance has matured considerably through both organic growth and acquisition. During this transformation, the business processes that supported the organization were insufficient, resulting in a poorly integrated supply chain. In order to meet customer expectations and ensure the profitability of the new business model, Lance professionals turned to sales and operations planning (S&OP). This session will review Lance’s implementation of new planning methods, business processes, and software tools that are being used to support S&OP.
