He received his bachelor’s of business administration and master’s of accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Robert Valletta is a Partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and serves as the Firms National Healthcare Provider Leader. He has over 27 years of diversified experience with clients ranging from small, privately held corporations to complex, publicly held entities. Bob’s focus on the healthcare industry includes the entire continuum including hospitals, academic medical centers, managed care organizations, physician group practices, physician management companies, senior living organizations and other ancillary healthcare services providers. His experience includes audits, feasibility studies, merger and acquisition projects, financial planning engagements, reimbursement enhancement projects, internal control reviews including Section 404 preparedness and compliance, and internal audit projects. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants where he is a member and past chair of the Hospital Committee and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is a former president and board member of HFMA and is currently on the board of HFMA's Principles and Practices Board.
