In June 2006, Larry Goldberg formed Larry Goldberg Consulting after retiring as Director of Deloitte and Touche's Washington National Affairs for Health Care office. He had served as the Firm's "listening post" on federal legislative and regulatory Medicare and Medicaid health care financial issues and assisted Firm practitioners and clients on health care financing issues for more than 22 years.
Larry is continuing to analysis Medicare issues. He continues to write his Washington Perspectives analysis. He serves several state hospital associations, and others. He is a frequent speaker.

Examine and assess major changes to MS-DRGs and payment amounts and
develop more accurate FY 2009 budgets and revenue projections.
Examine the potential impact of proposed Medicare changes stemming from Congress and the Excutive Branch for 2009 and beyond.
