This workshop will outline and describe a variety of different inventory control methods that midway games managers can use to track merchandise, control theft, maintain cost-of-goods margins, and simplify end-of-year inventory procedures. A panel of games managers representing a cross-section of park operations from small family owned facilities to larger corporate parks will present their best practices. They will explore how to determine how much inventory to purchase at the start of the season, receiving and billing practices, usage tracking, and other inventory control practices.
