Discuss mistakes that brokers make when closing deals. Discover how setting asking prices that do not consider the market value of the owner/managers employment role can set an unrealistic expectation in a client, and make that business very difficult to sell to anyone but an uninformed or unassisted buyer. Hear examples of why one of the greatest challenges of the business broker is management of his/her productive time. Also discuss at least two strategies which will enable faster closings for higher value including the importance of building a network of transaction influencers and identifying strategic buyers.
