Description
Pricing makes or breaks a sale. The price of a business must be acceptable to the seller and buyer and, in many cases, the lender. After analyzing the pricing from all three perspectives, a more realistic price can be determined. If all three methods result in the same pricing range, then the business is probably priced accurately and the explanation for the price can be used to educate the buyer and seller. This workshop will address how the concept of "price to sell" and "sell to price" helps the broker set a realistic price at the time of the listing and considers deal structure that yields a price acceptable to all parties and a quick closing.
