The business brokerage industry is more than 90 percent male. Not surprising, the ratio of women in IBBA is less than 10 percent. The Women's Forum has conducted surveys to find out the backgrounds and motivation of these women to help develop tools for increasing business brokerage as a viable option for women. Three guest panelists include Ginny Wilmerding, joined by one female business broker (owner of a firm) who can share experience from personal success and one male business broker (owner of a firm) who has had particular success with practical
advice in all of these areas. Ample time will be provided for interactive discussion.
