Bill Svien is an accomplished entrepreneur skilled at leading start-up/early stage organizations towards profitable growth. Bill currently directs 911 ETCs over-all corporate operations. He sits on the company's Executive Board of Directors.
His track record includes serving as a co-founder of The Millennium Group, an early stage CLEC. There he served as Executive Vice President. Bill co-directed corporate planning and strategy, products and services created by the company. He led the companys sales and marketing initiatives, growing the business from a start-up mode in 1996 to a high valuation acquisition target in 1999. Bill co-chaired an executive committee directing the company to a successful asset sale and merger in June 1999 to McLeod USA (MCLD) a national integrated telecommunications carrier.
Bill is a member of the APCO International and NENA associations. He is a past presenter of E-911 at various PBX users groups international conferences and National Emergency Number Association (NENA) national conferences

Guy W. Clinch is a senior manager, of the Contact Center Solutions team for Avaya. He is responsible for applying Avaya products, services and third-party alliances in an ecosystem approach to solve customers tough problems.
Mr. Clinch has almost 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry during which he has created frameworks of repeatable solutions based on common requirements across vertical and horizontal industry groups.
Mr. Clinch serves as chairperson of the National Association of State Technology Directors - Corporate Affiliate Council. He is a member of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) and the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials international (APCO International). He also serves as the Avaya champion for the Business Continuity and Security and Contact Center Committees of the International Alliance of Avaya Users. Mr. Clinch's writing is frequently published, he is a prolific blogger on a broad set of business and technology topics and he is a spokesperson at various conferences and forums.
Mr. Clinch is a graduate of Harvard University and currently resides in Massachusetts.

An active BICSI RCDD and NTS Specialist since 2000, Adam also holds a Masters degree in Telecommunications from the University of Denver and also the CTMS and CTME certifications from AOTMP. His present role involves the strategic planning and operation of CH2M HILL's telephony infrastructure which includes wireline and wireless voice, unified communications and telecom expense management for 23,500 employees spanning six continents.

A panel presentation on two case studies regarding the challenges faced and hurdles overcome for successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of E9-1-1. We will focus on several specific aspects: database build utilizing ASA, interaction with TELCO’s, transaction of the 911 call over proper facilities, hoteling, ELIN and ERL mapping, hybrid solution of TDM and VoIP, and onsite notification.
