LEARNER OUTCOMES: Have you ever needed to make a request for a new Phone system, or an upgrade, and were nervous?  Have you ever needed to ask for something technical from a non-technical board or boss and were afraid to fail or get turned down?  Ever wondered how to keep upper management engaged in your VoIP proposal?  If so, this presentation will help you by briefly going over the rules for presenting, as well as include two specific Telecom real-world scenarios (A VoIP presentaion at an international conference and a Self Maintenance proposal to a Board of Directors), to show how this can be accomplished successfully.
