Scott Magerfleisch has over 15 years of voice and data experience; and has installed over a dozen PBXs from the ground up. In 2006, Scott moved from working for a Nortel PBX environment (supporting over 3,000 sets and 100 locations) to an Avaya environment where he supports and manages over 30 locations with a mix of older Definity systems to the newer G250 and S8300 systems. Scott has provided technical presentations for other user groups regarding VoIP at a local, regional, and international level. Scott is also responsible (with the help of John Neiberger) for writing one of Nortels IP Communications Feature enhancements. Scott has held Nortel (NNCSS), Lucent (Advanced Fiber Optics Technical Certification), and Cisco (CCNA) certifications, and is currently working on his Avaya (ASA) certification.
