LEARNER OUTCOMES:
During the week of November 15th Villanova University will be implementing unified communications using the Avaya One-X Communicator client with our Exchange 2007 platform. Also presently working in a stand alone operation is One-X speech which also will be integrated. Over the next few months Villanova plans to fully implement our uc platform and begin offering these advanced features to our user community. The goal would be to communicate to other perspectivce users the pros and cons of implementing a unified communications platform and the soft and real dollar savings we expereinced.
