This session is packed with tips to help guide you as you implement Avaya IQ. First, you’ll hear a brief overview of benefits several companies have recognized with Avaya IQ. Then you’ll hear SafeAuto’s story. As a mid-size company, SafeAuto encountered some hurdles that may not be present for large enterprises. You’ll learn how they met these challenges, and how they worked with IT and with supervisors to implement Avaya IQ. Presentation highlights will include project team selection, difficulties in defining responsibilities between business partners and Avaya, and reacting to ever-changing scopes and expectations based on the relatively young age of the product.
