LEARNER OUTCOMES:
Avaya Aura™ System Manager is Avaya's next generation management tool that provides centralize management capabilities for the enterprise and element management capabilities for the Avaya Aura Session Manager. This session will highlight the new capabilities that were introduced in System Manager 5.2 (Jan 2010) and new capabilities that will be introduced in System Manager 6.0 (May 2010). Finally, a view of new capabilities being planned for the end of 2010 and 2011 will be provided.
