LEARNER OUTCOMES:
This presentation includes information on tips and tricks used for administering mailboxes and caller applications. A review of the most used tools and administration links are covered along with some basic troubleshooting techniques. Attendees will learn how to use the messaging administration web pages to create new users, set administration roles and check server health. Caller applications will be covered which provide auto attendant functionality and troubleshooting problems using the Operational History Viewer. Information for this presentation was prepared by a customer that upgraded to a new Modular Messaging 5.0 system with MAS and MSS servers integrated with Exchange.
