LEARNER OUTCOMES:
The Washington State Dept of Transportation was faced with new State legislation mandating Enhanced 9-1-1 solutions. Given this situation, the organization was provided with funding from the State Legislature to find a solution that met the needs of the law and to implement it across more than a dozen locations. We will explain the process that was used to investigate our options and why we decided on the course we eventually took.
