LEARNER OUTCOMES: This session will cover recent developments and address future directions for one-X Communicator, one-X Portal and one-X Mobile.  Video, presence and instant messaging will be described for desktop clients.  For mobile clients and fixed-mobile convergence in general we will discuss developments for the iPhone and Blackberry including dual-mode and new service provider offers in addition to mobile presence.
