This session is an opportunity for members to learn about advanced vectoring features that are included with their Elite Call Center software. Advanced vector features are meant to reduce administration costs by decreasing the need for multiple vectors thereby making call center administration simpler and more efficient. Topics covered will include implementation techniques and practical examples of the following call center advanced vectoring features: Vector Sub-Routines; Vector Step Comments; Vector Variables; VDN Variables; Service Hours Tables; Skill Preference Level Queuing.
