LEARNER OUTCOMES:
The Technology Business Solutions Group was conceived to "leverage" service delivery to our internal and external customers. The group is a I. T. combination of the Telecommunications, Systems, Content Management, and Voice Applications Development staff under a single umbrella. At the core of this highly effective group is the Avaya Platform and our Core Collection System. As an organization that receives over 3 billion dollars annually in accounts receivable, specialized utilization of technology is imperiative for success. This presentation will not only provide examples of Avaya technological success, it will also provide strategic and tactical execution strategies for the integration of resources. In most cases the Telephony team is ultimately lead by a direct report of the CIO. In our case the I. T. team for the successful development of Business Solutions is lead by Telecom Professional.
