LEARNER OUTCOMES:
Overview of Session Manager support of centralized routing for CM Access Servers, third party PBXs and named applications such as Modular Messaging, Avaya Voice Portal and Meeting Exchange. This session will address standalone as well as consolidated systems (FCE). Tail End Hop Off (TEHO), centralized routing, Call Admission Control and Load Balancing will be addressed with specific examples and call flows.
