LEARNER OUTCOMES:
This session compliments the "Best Practices: Avaya Session Manager, CM Access Server, third party PBXs and Named Applications Session on Session Manager" submission. This presentation focuses on Session Manager support of sequenced applications using SIP Telephones and Communication Manager as a Feature Server.
Sequencing of applications for traditional CM systems will be addressed as well (implicit sequencing). Administration of CM Feature Server will be shown in this session and how it fits into the overall sequenced application architecture. Specific call flows demonstrating the "half call model" used to sequence applications will be discussed.
