LEARNER OUTCOMES:
Is Avaya Aura a brand name change or is it a radically new and innovative architecture that can change the way you do business? Yes! This session will help you understand what Avaya Aura is and what relevance it can have to your business. We’ll discuss the evolution of the PBX and explain how Avaya Aura Session Manager can fit into your communications environment today and how it will enable you to change the way you think about communications tomorrow. Maybe you’re interested in a more multi-vendor friendly version of Avaya’s FCE (Flatten, Consolidate, and Extend). Or maybe you want to redefine Avaya’s feature set with Sequenced Applications. Or maybe you want to deploy some of Avaya’s applications to several PBX’s instead of just the one it was attached to. Avaya Aura gives you these options. We’ll talk about these various use scenarios (and more) and show you how you can benefit from each.
