Description
Change is on the way again and the way Avaya is providing maintenance agreements is also changing. Explore what is available to you now and what your maintenance agreement will look like in the future. What are your options if you are looking at ways to cut your maintenance costs? What will be your responsibilities if you wish to provide some of the maintenance yourself? Also, we will discuss what role your business partner can play in this environment.
We will also take a look at the product SOS (Save our
Switch), an alarm management tool by River City Software Associates LTD, to see how this product can help in alarm reporting and resolution. This becomes even more important the more of the maintenance role you and your company wish to take on.
