LEARNER OUTCOMES:
Have you implemented a Home Agent program yet?  If not, this session is targeted at helping you get started.  We’ll talk briefly about the business benefits of home-based agents, and how to evaluate whether it makes sense in your company.  We’ll give you tips about how you can sell the concept to your upper management.  Then we’ll lay the groundwork, covering the steps you’ll want to take before you send your first agents home.  This session will be co-presented by QVC, who will relate some of the hurdles their company cleared in successfully deploying an at-home agent program. QVC will also discuss issues they encountered once home agents were in place, and how they drove those issues to resolution.  At the end of this session, you’ll be eager to get started on sending your agents home – and will have the tools you need for the job!
