LEARNER OUTCOMES:
This session will present technology to streamline and automate the administration of Modular Messaging.   By leveraging existing IT systems and resources, businesses can integrate the management of Modular Messaging with their business processes to automate provisioning of mailboxes, management of subscriber options, and empowering users with self service tools such as voice mail password resets.

A case study will be presented by Boehringer Ingelheim who will discuss their experiences in automating management of voice mailboxes and distribution lists by synchronizing HR databases with Modular Messaging, Message Networking and Exchange lists; saving them thousands of dollars annually in manual administration expenses, while at the same time increasing accuracy and time to service. 

The session is intended to be an informative discussion about how to automate many tedious administrative tasks in order to achieve high level of operational efficiencies for managing many of your Avaya communication systems including Communication Manager, Modular Messaging and one-X applications.
