LEARNER OUTCOMES: This session, presented by Ben Crown last year, was standing-room only. The revolutionary Speech to Text voicemail to text application has continued to evolve as the leading application of its kind in the enterprise space. We have submitted a proposal for this session (track 10301)  but feel that there is enough interest and new material to justify a second session of the same title and content.  

Additionally, Mutare has some exciting developments, not ready to announce yet but certainly ready by the time of the InAAU conference, related to the Nortel/Avaya migration. We cannot submit an abstract for that session but would very much appreciate consideration for a time slot that we could use.
