LEARNER OUTCOMES: Attendees of this tutorial will benefit from learning trouble shooting techniques, which are useful to have inhouse competence on Implementation & Support. Included will be an overview of Branch Media gateways, basic configuration of the system, registration points, and timers, etc. Also included in the session will be: - ESS and LSP roles related to BMGs - Link recovery mechanisms and associated CM forms - BMG recovery rules and timers - Identifying BMG related alarms and error codes. Participants may want to bring their laptop with them for live demonstration.
