Description
This 2 hour session will provide attendees the knowledge to configure advanced switch administration. Users will walk away with step-by-step job aids to configure Medpro, CLAN and VAL Boards. There will be a high level discussion on the 46settings.txt file. They will also learn about gateway timers and web page of the gateway. There will be an overview of firmware updates to circuit packs/media modules. They will learn how to administer EC500 in Communication Manager. There will be some information on screen changes in CM 5.2.1. Attendees are expected to already know the basics such as how to add analog, digital and IP stations using Avaya Site Administration.
