LEARNER OUTCOMES: This 2 hour session will cover ARS (Automatic Route Selection) and AAR (Automatic Alternate Routing) and the components of each. Attendees will learn about the Public Network Numbering form and see a flow chart of a call beginning to end. A high level discussion around COR’s (Class of Restrictions) and FRL’s (Facility Restriction Level) and how they play a part in ARS and AAR will be provided. There will be information on NANP tables and where to locate them.
