LEARNER OUTCOMES: Avaya’s Advanced Diagnostics Team will present two sessions back to back tailored to address common questions they receive from partners and customers. In this first session, the topics will cover security-related issues and security features of Modular Messaging and, when applicable, security features of messaging adjuncts. The session will be a benchmark for Modular Messaging 5.x for the Avaya Message Storage Server (MSS) Configuration.  The team will move on to proactive monitoring of the Modular Messaging system highlighting where to look for clues for problems that may be encountered.
