In following business trends Amerisure began implementing a flexible work schedule which allowed individuals to telecommute on a regular basis. This program varied by individual and team member in the number of days, planned or unplanned, and coverage they would need to provide. Due to the variation, the telecom team presented several options to upper management and tailored a mix of solutions to meet their needs. These solutions included IP softphone, remote coverage, and remote forwarding. This presentation will cover the technical programming needed to utilize these solutions.
