Christian has over 15 years of product management and engineering experience in the networking industry with a strong focus on mobility and VoWLAN. He is a member of the Agito marketing team responsible for product management and product marketing of the industry-leading RoamAnywhere Enterprise FMC products. Prior to Agito, he was an early member of the Meru Networks team driving product development and partnerships in VoWLAN and AccessPoint solutions during his five year tenure. Previously, Christian held several networking and VoIP project lead and software architect positions at Nortel Networks where he was also granted a patent.
Mr. Gilby earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Victoria, Canada.

LEARNER OUTCOMES:
This session will educate attendees about how to best design and implement solutions that will mobilize their Avaya Aura communications infrastructure across cellular and WiFi networks for the BlackBerry and iPhone, and other devices. Attendees will learn proven best practices to ensure high voice quality when extending the enterprise onto WiFi networks.
This session will cover areas including: WiFi best practices; mobile VoIP communications over the enterprise WLAN and public hotspots; Aura deployment models and configurations; the session will conclude with a brief summary of the benefits to enterprises of mobilizing their Avaya Aura solution.
