7 Deadly Contact Center Sins: Creating a Terrible Experience for Your Customers
Track : 600 - Contact Center
Program Code: 631
Date: Wednesday, April 21, 2010
Time: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM  EST
Room: 406
PRESENTER :
Larry Riba, Senior Voice Engineer, Alpine Access

LEARNER OUTCOMES:

As telecom professionals, we don't just create contact centers, we're often forced to use them as well. While the speaker will quickly present his version of the 7 Deadly Sins, the bulk of this session is devoted to letting other members share candid tales of their most horrifying contact center experiences. By the end of the hour you'll be able to run a quick, private reality check to see if you're guilty of any of these offenses in your center. Most importantly, you'll learn best practices from other InAAU members so you can avoid these sins in the first place. It's often said that a happy customer tells one friend about a good experience while an unhappy customer tells 10 friends about a bad experience. Whether you are implementing a new contact center or simply reassessing what your customers experience when they call your company, learn what makes customers unhappy so you can be sure to avoid these mistakes. This no-holds-barred session promises to be amusing and educational.
