This presentation will cover Avaya one-X® Agent 2.0 which is the second release of Avaya’s new desktop application built specifically to meet the needs of contact center agents regardless of where they are located: at-home, remote, outsourced locations or a physical centralized contact center. The presentation will focus on the three major market themes of one-X Agent 2.0: Collaboration, Supervisor desktop, Central Management and Configuration.
