LEARNER OUTCOMES:
This kickoff session for INSIGHT 100inc members will apply the high-level Avaya vision and overall roadmap directions to the needs of Avaya SL-100, CS 2100 and AS 5300 customers. Very large enterprises leveraging these solutions have always had demanding requirements for scale and cost control combined with a sophisticated balance between functionality and overall simplicity. As application demands from different users for different functionality continues to expand dramatically in our “2.0 world”, how can organizations drive new business innovation while maximizing the value of existing investments?
This session will explain the Avaya roadmap for these solutions, discussing the business and technology choices available, while introducing Avaya Aura™ as a framework that can provide immediate value today to extend existing systems, while also providing long-term evolution as key AS 5300 and related technologies are merged into the future roadmap for Avaya AuraTM itself. This session will provide the overall context for further drill-down sessions in the INSIGHT 100inc track.
