This session will provide an official welcome to the conference from the Insight 100 Inc. Board of Directors, and provide a preview of the exiting workshops and events that are scheduled. The General Session will also include a welcome from our Avaya partners, and a Keynote Address from David Downing, Avaya Vice President and General Manager, Unified Communications, speaking about Avaya’s strategy and direction, with particular focus on large enterprise.
