This session for INSIGHT 100inc members will build on the principles introduced in Avaya Integrated Roadmap for Large Enterprises presented by Lawrence Byrd. First the overall Avaya AuraTM architecture will be discussed and will be expanded with specific options for integrating existing SL-100 and CS 2100 installations with Avaya AuraTM. Then the AS5300 will be introduced into this architecture picture with emphasis on what new capabilities are “powered” by the Avaya AuraTM core.
The presentation will explore how CS1000 and Avaya Communication Manager can also be added to the growing architecture picture to provide central dialplans and access to shared resources. Next the architecture story will be enhanced to show how new “named applications” at the core can be leveraged and shared across the entire portfolio of users on the CS1000, Avaya Communication Managers, SL-100s and CS2100 as well as other third party PBXs that may be already part of the overall enterprise deployment.
Finally, the power of “sequenced applications” will be presented (beware, there may be a quiz), followed by how they can be applied to this same user community easily as ala carte “app store” style additions with three real world examples.
