LEARNER OUTCOMES: This session will step through Deloitte Canada's journey in taking eight legacy, underused, independent, ISDN based video conference sites to fifty six sites, private network based, mostly high definition fully managed by Nortel's Multimedia Network Operating Centre (MNOC).  The session will deal with all  aspects of the initiative, including  business case, ROI, standards selections, security, ISDN access, daily operations, OCS integration and connectivity to other Deloitte Member Firms around the globe.
