Richard Sullivan is an Associate Partner with Deloitte Canada. His portfolios include Chief Procurement Officer, Business Services, Facilities Management and Events Services. Prior to his current role, Richard was a Director within the Deloitte Canada IT organization. Richard resides in Toronto, Canada and has a background in finance and information technology. Richard has spoken to numerous groups throughout his career in the areas of finance and technology. Richard is the executive sponsor for the Deloitte Canada Video Conferencing Network and a member of the Deloitte Global Video Conferencing Steering Committee.

LEARNER OUTCOMES:
This session will step through Deloitte Canada's journey in taking eight legacy, underused, independent, ISDN based video conference sites to fifty six sites, private network based, mostly high definition fully managed by Nortel's Multimedia Network Operating Centre (MNOC). The session will deal with all aspects of the initiative, including business case, ROI, standards selections, security, ISDN access, daily operations, OCS integration and connectivity to other Deloitte Member Firms around the globe.
