LEARNER OUTCOMES:
As with any sophisticated communication system, there are challenges to providing high reliability and availability. Ensuring this requires proactive monitoring of the entire environment and a good understanding of the various system components from a single, correlated view. By managing the complete service being delivered to the business through 360-degree monitoring, including the core UC applications, the supporting UC applications, and the underlying network, you have the critical visibility needed to understand the performance of the communications infrastructure on which the business is relying as well as the data needed to proactively deliver the required quality of service users expect.
