Multpile years in the field as a technician and manager of a helpdesk. Hold certifications in CS-1000 and System management applications.

This presentation will explore the System Management options for Nortel and Avaya customers including platform migrations, and a powerful yet simple call reporting application wich incorporates traditional CDR and wireless reporting capabilities. a must particularly for TM Billing application users and companies trying to stay on top growing mobile device requirements, their tracking and associated expenses.
