How to purchaseThe LLC is a learning tool that you can use to access any previous recorded meeting sessions or audioconferences that you might have missed or wish to review.
Select “My Account” to login. If you attended a meeting recently, login as a returning user using the username and password that was provided to you via email.
If you did not attend a recent meeting you can create a new account by filling in the “create new account” section.
If you forget your password select “forget password” to receive an email with you login password. Please be sure to check your junk/spam mail folder.

- Once logged in select “my content” located on the right hand side of the page. This will direct you to a list of sessions that you have access to.
- You can use the drop down menu at the top of the page to filter only the sessions for a particular conference.
- Once you have filtered the list select the purple "view" button located beside the session title.

- Once you have filtered the list select a session for the list to your left. Select the purple "view" button located beside the title “handouts”.
- To view the available handouts for that particular session, select the link(s). Please be sure to have the updated version of Adobe reader to view the handouts.
How to view and download “Audio MP3” presentations:
- Once logged in select “my content” located on the right hand side of the page. This will direct you to a list of sessions that you have access to.
- You can use the drop down menu at the top of the page to filter only the sessions from a particular conference.
- Once you have filtered the list select the purple "view" button located beside the session name to listen to the session.
- To download MP3s please follow instructions. (Please note that to download the file; you must right click on the link with "mp3 file" at the end of the session name located directly above the media player and not the media player itself or session name at the top of the page)
How to view and download “Synchronized to slide” presentations:
- Once logged in select “my content” located on the right hand side of the page. This will direct you to a list of sessions that you have access to.
- You can use the drop down menu at the top of the page to filter only the sessions for a particular conference.
- Once you have filtered the list select the purple "view" button located beside the session name.
- To download MP3s from “audio Synchronized to PowerPoint” presentation, please wait for the file to fully load and then select the "click here for more options" on the flash slide player to view the dropdown menu. Please select the download option. You will have the option to downloading the MP3 file or the available session material. Select the one you would like to download and save to your computer.
- Once logged in, select “Meetings and Events” in the menu bar at the top of the page. From the Meetings list, select the meeting you wish to purchase.
- Select the item you wish to purchase. On the information page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the green “purchase” link located below “Audio (MP3) download”.
- Once you select the purchase button you will notice a shopping cart that appears at the top right hand corner of the page. Select the Shopping Cart to complete your purchase.
- Selecting the Shopping Cart will take you to the Cart Summary. Once you have verified your Purchase, Select Checkout. You will be asked to verify that you are logged in as the correct person. Select the link “Click here to continue”
- Fill in the required fields and then select the “submit” button to complete your purchase.
- Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an order number as well an email to verify your purchase. You will then be able go back to the site to listen to the MP3 recordings.
- Go back to the Live Learning Center you purchased from and then select “my content”. This is located on the right hand side of the page between “personal details” and “My Coupon(s)”.
- Select the purple “view” button next to the session title to listen to the MP3. Please follow the instructions provided on the page to download the audio file.
