As Vice President of Planning and Marketing at Reedsburg Area Medical Center (RAMC), Mercer is charged with preserving the organization’s brand identity as well as fostering vital stakeholder relationships and improving customer loyalty. In her role, Mercer spearheads the RAMC service excellence initiative. Since 2005, RAMC has drastically improved patient satisfaction scores from the teens to more then that 90th percentile in some areas. In t mea to the improvement in patient satisfaction, RAMC has made great strides in engaging staff in improving the customer experience.
