Adrienne Greer Foley is an accomplished writer, communicator, marketer and strategist with nearly 20 years of experience in internal and external healthcare marketing and communications. Foley has worked in both corporate and agency settings in South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee and currently consults with hospitals, physician practices and other clients through her Minnesota-based company Foley Outsource Communications.
Since launching her business in 2004, Foley’s clients have included Tanner Health System in Carrollton, GA; Arthritis Foundation National Office in Atlanta, GA; Hutcheson Medical Center, Ft. Oglethorpe, GA; Surgical Oncology Associates in Chattanooga, TN; Barlow-McCarthy in Hudson, WI; United Hospital in St. Paul, MN; ConsumerAware and Prevention Minnesota, both in Eagan, MN; and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota.
Foley is a published writer whose work has appeared in both healthcare and consumer publications, including Healthcare Marketing Report, Physician Triage & Call Center Times, Arthritis Today magazine and others. She also launched a series of self-help books for the Arthritis Foundation National Office.
Foley is past president of the Tennessee Society of Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations; and a current member of the Minnesota Health Strategy and Communications Network and the International Association of Business Communicators of MN. She has been a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development since 1999, having often served as a round table luncheon leader and a member of the Local Societies Task Force.

Rebecca Keightley is Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning at Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia, an award-winning academic medical center serving a 35-county area in southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina. Fortune magazine named Memorial one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. The system also has been named a Distinguished Hospital by J.D. Power and Associates four years in a row, recognizing its commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience.
Prior to joining Memorial in 2001, Keightley was Director of Business Development and Account Supervisor for Anderson Communication Group, a full service marketing firm.
Keightley is very involved in the healthcare marketing profession, serving as president of the Georgia Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations and as a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society. She is a past president of the Advertising Club of Savannah.
Locally, Keightley serves on a number of health-related, civic and nonprofit organizations including: president (two years) and board member of the American Heart Association; board member of the Royce Center, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Junior League of Savannah, and American Lung Association; board member and past president of Junior Achievement; past president of Oglethorpe Business and Professional Women Club; and, a graduate of Leadership Savannah.

Anne W. West is principal of Strategic Communication Counsel, a marketing and public relations consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. West knows how to target audiences, tailor messages and deliver the most powerful and appropriate communication strategies. Her savvy for assessing situations, crafting strategies and messages and understanding all facets of the public relations arena, drawing on her years as a professional communicator, results in focused, effective communications.
West has provided counsel to a variety of clients including hospitals and health systems across the country and has assisted other clients in the healthcare, software, marketing, nonprofit service, promotional products, industrial products and barbeque industries. Prior to launching her own firm in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2002, West was Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the country’s largest pediatric health system. She also worked in the non-profit and higher education sectors and was a broadcast journalist early in her career.
West is involved professionally with the Public Relations Society of America and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. A past president-elect of the Georgia Society of Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations, she has served on the Emory University Public Affairs Advisory Council, the United Way Communications Task Force and the Art of the Season board.
