D. Louis Glaser, JD is Partner, is engaged in the practice of corporate/transactional and regulatory health care law. Clients include hospitals and multi-hospital systems, alternative delivery systems, HMOs and managed care organizations, ancillary service providers, pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, physicians and group practices, medical clinics, and other health care entities. Sonnenschein’s health law practice received the highest national ranking of “1” by Chambers USA and also ranked Mr. Glaser.
Mr. Glaser earned his undergraduate degree from DePauw University, his MHA from Ohio State University, and his law degree from Loyola University. Mr. Glaser is also a frequent speaker at the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

He has over 30 years of health care administration and consulting experience. Craig is a frequent speaker for national and state health care associations and societies such as SHSMD, American College of Healthcare Executives, and the American College of Physician Executives. He is the author of two books: Allies or Adversaries: Revitalizing the Medical Staff Organization, and Next Generation Health System Partnerships. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cornell University.
