Founder and president of the Atlanta-based consulting firm, Strategic Communication Counsel, Anne West has delivered results-oriented communication strategies for more than 25 years. She’s worked with clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, marketing, nonprofit service, barbeque and industrial products. Prior to launching her own firm in 2002, Anne was Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the country’s largest pediatric health system. She also worked in the non-profit and higher education sectors and was a broadcast journalist early in her career. Anne is involved professionally with the Public Relations Society of America and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. She has served on the Emory University Public Affairs Advisory Council, Atlanta Journal/Constitution Advisory Board for Recruitment Solutions Advertising and the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta Branding Task Force. Throughout her career, Anne has won numerous awards for marketing programs, advertising campaigns, external publications, annual reports, collateral, media kits, national media placement and news and feature writing.

Rebecca Keightley is Executive Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, an award-winning academic medical center serving a 35-county area in southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina. She also brings experience as Director of Business Development and Account Supervisor for a full service marketing firm. Rebecca’s innate ability to understand healthcare and develop highly focused marketing strategies and messages led Memorial Health to hire her away from the agency. Since then, she has led Memorial to its current position as a market leader in both market share and consumer preference. Becky is very involved in the healthcare marketing profession, serving as past-president of the Georgia Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations and as a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society. She is a past president of the Advertising Club of Savannah. Locally, she serves on a number of health-related, civic and nonprofit organizations
