Roberta Stewart is Senior Regional Director of Business Development and Marketing for Tenet California’s twelve California and Nebraska hospitals. She joined Tenet in 1998 and worked initially in the Gulf States region overseeing business development for 11 hospitals in Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi. Prior to joining Tenet, Roberta served as VP Marketing, Planning & Business Development for several non-profit health systems including Touro Infirmary in New Orleans and a large Daughters of Charity hospital in Washington, D.C. She also directed strategic planning for a non-profit hospital in Ohio and started her career with the government gaining extensive knowledge of the Medicare and Medicaid programs. Among Roberta’s achievements, she was named Top Woman in Business from Southern Magazine for her leadership and accomplishments in the New Orleans area. Roberta received both her B.S. and M.B.A. from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

Judy Benjamin is Director of Axcel Healthcare Group, LLC. Her background includes approximately 20 years of experience in the health care industry, specializing in business development; strategic planning; physician recruiting; physician strategy development; and clinical services development for hospitals and health systems. Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Ms. Benjamin served as VP for Tenet Healthcare, directing business development and strategy for hospitals in the southeastern US. She also worked for as a senior executive for Egleston Children’s Hospital in Atlanta and started her career in Washington, DC, in strategic planning for hospitals, long-term care facilities and health care systems. Ms. Benjamin received a Master’s in Health Services Administration from University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Boston University.
