Kevin Stranberg is Public Relations Director for Memorial Medical Center in Ashland, Wisconsin and President of Stranberg & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, facilitation and service delivery. He has been a speaker at state and national conferences and serves as an adjunct faculty for Northland College. Kevin is a Fellow of Wisconsin Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing and presently serves as a board member of SHSMD.

Kristin Baird is President of Baird Consulting, and has over 30 years in healthcare. An author, speaker and consultant, Baird has presented at numerous national and state conferences on the subject of culture, marketing, communications and customer service. Baird is the author of Raising the Bar on Service Excellence – The Healthcare Leader’s Guide to Putting Passion into Practice and Customer Service in Healthcare – A Grassroots Approach to Creating a Culture of Service. She was recently appointed to the National Advisory Council of the Health Service Corps and is a Fellow of Wisconsin Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society.
