Linette Demers, PhD, Director at Sg2, develops intelligence on subjects such as future health care delivery models, molecular medicine, regenerative medicine, innovations in infection control and women’s health programs. Prior to joining Sg2, Linette was a scientist at NanoInk, a technology start-up company in Chicago. Linette holds an MS and PhD in chemistry from Northwestern University and a BS from McGill.

Tracy O’Rourke, FACHE, System Director, Strategic Development for Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System (SCLHS ), is responsible for identifying and implementing strategic business opportunities across the health system. Prior to joining SCLHS, Ms. O’Rourke was a consulting manager with Cap Gemini Ernst and Young’s Health Care Practice where she offered expertise in facility planning and construction, operations improvement and supply chain management. Ms. O’Rourke holds her MBA and MHA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
