Mark Grube, Partner, leads Kaufman Hall’s integrated strategic advisory practice, which provides strategic and financial planning and implementation assistance related to enterprise-level strategies, clinical programs and service lines, physicians, health facilities planning, competitive markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and overall organizational growth. to hospital and health systems. Mr. Grube has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, as a consultant and as a planning executive with one of the nation’s largest healthcare systems. Mr. Grube received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.S., magna cum laude, in Economics from Bradley University.

Michael J. Schwartz is President and Chief Executive Officer of Prince William Health System. He has spent more than 25 years in the healthcare field, joining the Health System after serving as President/CEO of Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Illinois. His prior professional experience includes positions as Executive Director and COO of the Jersey Shore Medical Center in New Jersey; President/CEO of Alexian Brothers Hospital in New Jersey; and President of the Rome City Hospital in New York. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute. He earned his master's in hospital administration and a law degree from Duke University.
