Description
No longer just a topic for medical conferences and boardrooms, healthcare quality and transparency regularly show up on the front page of newspapers across the country and in the blogosphere. Like never before, healthcare organizations are being monitored and scrutinized by national and state organizations, and the results are being made public. Delve into the comprehensive patient safety program in place at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. The campaign, targeted to employees, patients, and families, promotes behavior that reinforces infection control principles, CDC guidelines, and Joint Commission goals.
