Lisa H. Soroka is a principal with the Marblehead Group, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining The Marblehead Group, she served as Vice-President, Marketing for Pediatric Management Group, a large specialty physician practice management company, and University Childrens Medical Group. She also held positions at Georgetown University Hospital and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. Lisa earned a Masters degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelors degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts.

Paul King is President and CEO of Pediatric Management Group/University Childrens Medical Group, a free standing, not for profit, 400 physician academic pediatric subspecialty medical group, practicing at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, and affiliated with the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. Prior to joining the medical group, he served as Vice President of Clinical Programs and Professional Services at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles. Paul previously served as the Executive Director of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles; and as the Assistant Administrator for Mayo Clinic Scottsdale. He earned a Masters degree in Health Administration from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska.
